“Doing what is right, fair and honorable is more important than winning or losing.” What this quote means to me is that winning or losing doesn’t matter when you did it fair and with honor. An example of this can be when playing a game. If you cheated in the game, no one is going to care that you won because it wasn’t right, fair, and/or honorable. Another example can be cheating on a test. If you cheated on a test, no one is going to acknowledge you as smart because you didn’t do it fairly, and it also wasn’t your knowledge that made you get a good score on the test. Being fair and honorable can be beneficial whether you win or lose.
