George Chapman

“They’re only truly great who are truly good.” This statement means that if you can have any abilities, skill, or talent, but you aren’t truly great if you aren’t a good individual. An example of this can be a very talented skateboarder. They can have all these skills that gave them their sponsors and be famous famous on social media. But when they decide to do drugs, they aren’t the great person they thought they were. Many people will despise or look down on you for doing drugs. It’s bad for your reputation and character. This can hurt your name, which you only get one of. Witt a blackened name, you won’t qualify for many things in life. Some examples of those things can be school, job, socializing, relationships, etc. This can lead to all sorts of trouble such as lack of communication or social skills. Even depression or death can be results of this.
