“ It may make a difference to all eternity whether we do right or wrong today.” What this quote means is that your actions at any time can result in a major difference in all eternity, meaning your image or name. James Holmes was a really good student and earned almost all A’s. He was also very intelligent at a very young age. But one day he decided to commit mass murder and was given 12 life sentences and 3,318 years in prison for his crimes. Although he was an amazing student, he messed up by his one known bad doing. His one terrible action had an impact on his life, and the lives of the people who were there to experience the shooting. This incident had a huge impact on the world, and lots of places in the US that are heavily populated, now have an upgrade in security.
